Jianshui Tofu
Jianshui is an old town famous for their tofu, and I’ve never been overly fond of tofu, but I was determined to try it, and found it to be quite delicious. Hands down the best tofu I’ve ever had. The locals claim the reason why it is so delicious is because it’s always fresh, never more than 2 days old. The reason I liked it is because it didn’t take like tofu to me, it tasted more like a bread roll. #100happydays #day21 (at 建水)
