This hotel is in Maenam, the north side of the island also known as the quiet side of the island. I found it on hostel world for $13 per night per person or 800 baht for a 2 person room. I thought the hotel itself was lovely. The bungalows were so cute, very clean, and had a great tropical feel. They had several floor to ceiling windows that when opened created a great breeze. They had a nice pool and wifi in the room. The only downside is that it was not directly on the beach, about a 10 minute walk, which of course isn’t that big a deal, but sometimes it’s nice just to step out of your room and see the the beautiful colors of the sunset over the ocean. We later moved to another place called Maenam Villa.
